A yearly statutory requirement
The confirmation statement is a document that limited companies, limited liability partnerships, dormant and no trading companies, must file to Companies House each year.
Talk to usConfirmation statements confirm that the information held about a business by Companies House is correct and up to date and provides a yearly snapshot of the ownership and management of a company. For limited companies, the confirmation statement contains details of its directors and shareholders. For a limited liability partnership the confirmation statement lists its members.
